Mary is Venerated in the Bible!

Many protestants accuses Catholics of Marian or Saints worship. In truth we Catholics do not worship Mary, we venerate her and we also venerate the Saints. Worship is due only to God. Veneration is to honor someone who have served God worthily and God has bestowed upon them such honor. The Blessed Virgin Mary has the highest of all honors because she was the very first desciple of Jesus Christ. She willingly accepted the Will of God to be the bearer of His only begotten Son. We venerate Mary and other Saints and ask them to pray for us, like the way we ask our christian brothers and sisters to pray for us. Here is a link to an article on Catholic Exchange in a biblical sense that the Blessed Virgin Mary is Venerated in the Bible.
